The Camposol festivities have been a great success of participation and also of organization thanks to a great team of volunteers led by Sue Tinkler.
The place for the performances on Friday night, Saturday and Sunday was the ample parking in Sector B, where a few days before the City Council of Mazarrón placed 5 tents, a huge stage, 125 tables and 500 chairs;
as well as several toilets, 2 electric generators and a sound and light system, not forgetting the more than 30 barriers provided by the Local Police.
The party began on Friday 23 and was inaugurated by the mayor of Mazarrón Gaspar Miras, who was accompanied by the councilor of Festejos, Miguel Ángel Peña, the councilor of Camposol and International Relations, Silvana Buxton, and the councilors of the Government team, Plácida Gómez, Raquel Raja and Conchi Aparicio.
During that evening, and the next two, fabulous music groups were enjoyed to please both young people and adults, while some local bars and restaurants served food and drinks.
He especially highlighted Sunday's day with a giant paella to keep the hunger that took place in sector A at bay, while the little ones enjoyed different typically British games and adults remembered happy memories when they saw the concentration of classic cars and bicycles .
The successful party came to an end on Sunday night with the raffle of 18 prizes kindly donated by local businesses and a message of thanks from Sue Tinkler to party councilor Miguel Ángel Peña and the government team for their exceptional support, as well as to all who contributed to making this year's parties in Camposol a great success.
