The Plenary Session of the City Council of Mazarrón unanimously approved in its ordinary session in August, the proposal regarding the contracting file of an Insurance Program for the session, as well as delegating the award and all the powers of said file to the Board of Directors of Local Government (JGL).
The mayor of Mazarrón, Gaspar Miras, commented that "the current Insurance Program that covers the risks of the City Council expires next November so, if we do not proceed with the timely speed to approve these points, we would stay in November without that Program Insurance with the risks that would entail. "
A Town Planning proposal was also unanimously approved for the definitive approval of the Detail Study of volume management and definition of private interior roads of plots located on Aconcagua street of La Cumbre urbanization.
As detailed by the Town Planning Councilor, Ginés Campillo, "after the process that began in 2017, this adaptation of the volumes of a plot is finally brought to final approval so that it complies with the regulations of the General Urban Planning Plan, also enabling a private road for access to homes. "
Likewise, and in an Extraordinary Plenary also held last Tuesday, the accounts for the 2018 fiscal year of the municipal company 'Bahía de Mazarrón Ingeniería Urbana 2017 SLU' were approved.
On this occasion, the point came out in favor with the 7 votes of the Popular Municipal Group, party that was in charge of the Government Team in the last legislature to which the aforementioned accounts correspond, and the abstention of the rest of the members of the 4 parties remaining politicians (PSOE, UIDM, Citizens and VOX).
