The Department of Historical Heritage has been especially concerned about the state of the deposits and monuments of the municipality of Mazarrón since the current legislature began and, during the summer, there have been several actions carried out in coordination with the Department of Services so that They look perfect.
This interest is maintained over time and both departments are constantly attentive to the needs that the historical heritage may require.
In this sense, both the Casa Romana de la Calle Era and the Villa Romana del Alamillo, which have already undergone a thorough cleaning and conditioning action, have once again required attention.
After the rains, some plants and weeds that affected the historical complexes had appeared so, in a maintenance work that is going to be carried out continuously, both sites return to look as they deserve.
The Councilor for Historical Heritage, Ginés Campillo, explained that "those who thought that the cleaning this summer of our heritage was an isolated action, they were wrong. We promised to maintain the historical heritage and we will comply," said the mayor.
