Mazarronero journalist Juan Alfonso Cervantes yesterday received the Silver Antenna of the Radio and Television Association of Murcia (ARTV) in the category 'Professional Television'.
The mayor of Mazarrón attended the awards ceremony, which was held at the Romea Theater in Murcia.
Gaspar Miras, who personally congratulated the winner and raped him along with friends and professionals from the sector, including the director of the communication group 'La Voz de Mazarrón', Antonio Balanza.
Juan Alfonso Cervantes, current head of Sports of the regional television 7 Region of Murcia, dedicated his first words of gratitude to his companions in that television.
He also appealed during his speech to responsible journalism, remembering who his bosses and mentors have been, including Balanza himself.
The journalist also thanked his parents, "for giving me their values ​​and giving me Mazarrón," he said, and his brothers, partner and daughters, to whom he dedicated the prize especially.
