Students of the 'Scientific, Artistic and Literary Routes' program of the language immersion edition organized by the Ministry of Education with the support of TRAGSATEC last Thursday met a meeting with residents of Camposol.
The main objective of this project is to reinforce the basic competences that students receive in the classroom through the realization of a series of routes through different locations in Spain in which students make a series of visits to real environments of a dynamic and participatory way, encouraging their interest in science, literature, arts, sports and nature.
According to the main objective, in each route, visits to research centers with applied development of scientific knowledge, production plants of companies of different nature, observation centers, laboratories, universities, natural parks, cities have been carried out of historical-artistic interest, museums, art galleries or literary and musical environments.
In this context, Mazarrón has been included in the 2019 call, in the language immersion edition.
The activity, which was coordinated by the Department of Camposol and Education of the City Council of Mazarrón, took place at the Golf Club of Camposol.
Students of CEIP Alfonso X Schools El Sabio de Novelda (Alicante) and CEIP "El Garbanzal" of La Unión (Murcia) had a fun meeting with British residents where they had the opportunity to practice their English.
The Department of Education and Camposol invite English-speaking neighbors who want to participate in this activity to join this initiative that will be repeated next Thursday, November 21 and 28 at the Camposol Golf Club at 3:00 p.m.
