12 floats participate in a procession with a large influx of people who accompanied a warm morning |
A warm Sunday morning accompanied the parade of the Patron Saint of Mazarrón in which 12 floats participated, of which 6 of them were eligible for a prize.
In this sense, the Peña 'El Tolín' with his bet on the film 'The Little Mermaid' won the first of this year's awards.
The second prize went to the dance school 'De Rosa' with a very musical staging with a float in which you could see a great gramophone and a trumpet.
The third of the awards went to the AMPA of the La Aceña school with a sweet float that emulated the witch house of Hansel and Gretel.
The fourth awards went to the AMPA of Francisco Caparrós school with his Indian float, while the fifth mention was at the hands of the dance school 'Antonio Jara' with a float on penguins.
The sixth prize went to the dance school 'Mari Loli' with a float on Piolin.
A batucada opened the parade this year that had the participation of the famous Canine Patrol and the users of the Day Center who, dressed in orchards and hertanos, put the folkloric point to the parade with their float and regional costumes.
The floats of the Carnival of Mazarrón, that of Queen and King of the Third Age, that of the Infant Queen, that of the Infant King and that of the Queen of the parties closing the procession completed a lively parade that was followed by a large number of Publicly encouraged by the good weather that was enjoyed yesterday.
