The departments of Youth and Social Policy have prepared the presentation of the manual of gender violence from the perspective of young people called 'TRAVEL', result of the New Genderation project, where experience in working with young people focused on countering gender violence is collected and promote gender equality.
The presentation will take place this Wednesday, January 29 from 8 pm in the auditorium of the Cultural Center of Mazarrón and she is called the youth of the municipality, as well as those interested in this problem, especially those who work with Young people in different contexts.
The manual presents theoretical approaches and approaches to this topic, as well as the tools for different educational contexts with young people (inside and outside schools) for those who are motivated to introduce gender issues as something transversal in their work and understand this such an important issue of vital importance, especially for educators.
The main objective is that young people reflect on the subject, acquire a critical look at gender violence, understand where it comes from and why we learn to relate as we relate, learn about good treatment and, above all, to be multipliers of the experience and continue acting and learning once the educational process is over.
