Jay Buckley, a young Briton based in Mazarrón, presents his book 'Bandera en llamas' on Friday 21 in the auditorium of the Cultural Center from 8:15 p.m.
The novel tells the story of the life of the young man who supposes an allegation against discrimination and social inequality, especially that suffered by the LGTBI collective.
Harassment, loss or betrayal are some of the passages included in the publication with which Buckley wants anyone who feels identified "can raise his voice and, with that, our flag, as I do."
A plea in defense of freedoms and against the aggressions that many people suffer from their sexual orientation.
For the presentation of the publication, edited by Red Circle Editorial, there are several surprises planned, including the participation of artists such as singer Almacor or drag queen Magenta Slipperz, as well as a book signing by the author.
Also, attendees can meet at the end of the evening to share a snack.
