The Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia has assigned a subsidy to the Mazarrón City Council so that the most vulnerable families in our municipality can face their energy bills.
The amount destined to finance this program is 21,531.85 euros.
It is a subsidy coordinated with the municipalities and corporations of the Social Services of the Region of Murcia that aims to solve those problems that the effects of energy poverty have developed among families at risk or in social exclusion.
Therefore, the financial aid will be granted for the payment of the electricity supply expense that is used in the applicant's habitual residence during the period from September 1, 2019 to February 28, 2020. Likewise, with This Energy Poverty Aid Plan seeks to save and / or improve the family economy, derived from the cost of supplying energy to a regular home.
The specific requirements, amounts and procedure to receive such aid, according to those established by our local entity, will be the following:
First, the family must reside and be registered in the municipal district of Mazarrón one year in advance of the date the request is made.
Likewise, the home must be in the municipal district of Mazarrón, and must be the habitual and permanent home of the person requesting the aid.
In this way, the person requesting the aid must prove that it is they who face the energy consumption expense of the habitual residence for which they request the aid.
Thus, said request may be carried out until April 3 and the following documents will be requested among the required documentation:
Photocopy of DNI, or identification document of the people residing in the home
Family book or, failing that, birth certificates or marriage certificate or registration as a domestic partner.
Copy of the contracts or justifications that the aid applicant is the person who pays the receipts.
Proof of energy consumption expenses.
Proof of payment, in case of deduction, of the rent or mortgage receipts of the last 3 months.
Documentation of the economic income of all members of the family unit, in the following cases:
In case of work for someone else, photocopy of the last 3 payrolls.
In case of self-employment, photocopy of the quarterly declarations.
In case of unemployment, supporting document regarding the collection or not of the benefit.
In the case of maintenance or compensatory pensions, a copy of the regulatory agreement.
In case of separation or divorce, copy of the regulatory agreement.
In the case of retirement pensions, disability, widowhood, etc., amount certificate.
In case of receiving RBI, RAI, etc., authorization to obtain data, as established by the RGPD.
In case of non-creditable income, responsible declaration of income.
IRPF declarations or authorization to obtain data as established by the RGPD *.
Certificates of registration or data authorization, as established by the RGPD.
Certified working life, or authorization to obtain data, as established by the RGPD.
Assessment of disability or dependency, or authorization to obtain data, as established by the RGPD.
Health report in case of serious illness of any member of the family unit
