CITY COUNCIL OF MAZARRON

DECREE

SUBJECT.- Declaration of the State of Alarm against the Coronavirus COVID-19

BACKGROUND

1º.- In the exercise of its powers, and in the territorial scope of the entire Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia, the Ministry of the Presidency and the Treasury has issued the Order of March 14, 2020, by which instructions are issued on guarantees for the provision of essential public services in the regional public sector due to the health alert as a consequence of the Coronavirus (COVID-19)

2º.- On March 14, the Ministry of the Presidency, Relations with the Courts and Democratic Memory, has issued Royal Decree 463/2020, of March 14, declaring the state of alarm for the management of the health crisis caused by COVID-19, to protect the health and safety of citizens and contain the progression of the pandemic.

Based on the background exposed hereby:

RESOLVED:

FIRST.- Take notice and urge compliance in this municipal term with the measures adopted by Royal Decree 463/2020, of March 14, declaring the state of alarm for the management of the health crisis situation caused by COVID-19, and by the Order of the Counselor of the Presidency and the Treasury issuing instructions on guarantees for the provision of essential public services in the regional public sector due to the health alert as a consequence of the Coronavirus (COVID-19)

SECOND.- The services declared essential will remain 100% operational, establishing as such:

- Staff attached to the Department of Social Services

- Local police

- 112 operating personnel,

- Civil protection

- Street cleaning services, garbage collection.

- Parks and gardens service.

THIRD.- Taking into account that the carrying out of administrative procedures is not among the exceptions to the free movement of persons, and that all the periods of administrative procedures are also suspended, the services of attention to the citizen of in person at the following municipal services:

- Attention to citizens and registration of documents

- Registration and statistical services

- Social Services and Social Policy

- Urban planning

- Commerce, consumption and Industry

- Personal

- Secretary

- Tourism.

- Sports.

- Archives and Libraries.

In all these services, telephone attention will be maintained through the line 968 59 00 12.

The writings, requests and communications that citizens address to the Mazarrón City Council may be submitted by electronic means through electronic registration, without prejudice to the other means and forms of presentation established for this purpose, in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015 , of October 1, Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.

FOURTH.- This Decree will take effect from the day of its signature and will be in force while RD 463/2020, of March 14, is in force, declaring the state of alarm and its extensions that may be established.

FIFTH.- Publish this resolution as well as Royal Decree 463/2020, of March 14, on the Notice Board and on the municipal website, declaring the status of Alarm for the management of the health crisis situation. caused by COVID-19 and the Order of the Ministry of the Presidency and Finance, of March 14, 2020, by which instructions are issued on guarantees for the provision of essential public services in the regional public sector on the occasion of the health alert as a consequence of Coronavirus (COVID-19)
