| The amount has increased by 4,000 euros compared to the previous year's agreement | The Mayor of Mazarrón, Gaspar Miras, and the president of the Association of Merchants of Mazarrón and Region (ACOMA), Lali Sánchez, have signed this morning the collaboration agreement between both entities with the presence of the Councilor for Commerce, Silvia García.
In the new agreement, the increase in the subsidy that ACOMA receives from the consistory in 4,000 euros is contemplated, going from 6,000 to 10,000.As explained by the Councilor for Trade, Silvia García, "we understood that this increase was necessary for ACOMA to carry out its work and functions such as training its members, information, commercial campaigns and activities such as its summer outlet or those that They carried out last Christmas in the Plaza Toneleros "and it has once again influenced the importance of" support for local trade, especially in the circumstances that we are now experiencing.
"For her part, the president of ACOMA, Lali Sánchez, has thanked "the City Council and the Department of Commerce for this increase in the amount of the subsidy as it will help us better deal with this time of crisis." Likewise "we will be able to give greater support to the partners when it comes to launching promotions, campaigns and training for all of them".The Mayor of Mazarrón, Gaspar Miras, explained that "in the budgets that were approved at the beginning of the year, we already showed greater support for local trade with the increase in this subsidy, which will come in handy for these difficult times," adding that "We continue with this support with the aid we have prepared for SMEs and the self-employed due to the health crisis and we will continue to do so supporting those proposals and needs that ACOMA transfers to us."
