Regarding mobility, "motorcycles, mopeds and L-category vehicles are allowed to circulate, and two people with full-face helmets with visors can travel, using facemasks that reside in the same home." In private vehicles, "up to 9 can be occupied in a seated vehicle if the passengers reside at the same address".

On public passenger transport, "on buses, an adjoining empty seat must be kept to separate passengers except for people living together and the row after the driver must be kept empty".
