| The City Council has provided the group with the necessary space to comply with hygiene, safety and necessary distance | After having to paralyze the occupational training "Basic Restaurant-Bar Operations" that we started in Mazarrón in March due to the state of alarm decreed by the covid-19 health crisis, this Tuesday the Collective for Social Promotion 'El Candil 'It has been able to resume this initiative by taking all the necessary hygiene, safety and social distance measures. The Mazarrón City Council has provided the space to comply with all these measures and that said group could resume its activity in a safe way during the de-escalation of the State of Alarm.
From the group 'El Candil' they have transferred to the consistory that "we are very happy with the return to the new normal" and have thanked the City Council for their support. The occupational training 'Basic Operations of Restaurant-Bar' consists of the following modules: Basic Service of Restaurant and Bar (90h.), Food Handler (10h.), ICT Resources for job search (4h.), Training in Personal and social skills (50h.) And Practices in Basic Service of Restaurant and Bar (20h.). It is attended by 15 young people, from Mazarrón and Puerto de Mazarrón, participants in the 'Project Labor 2.0: Youth Guarantee', with whom an itinerary of social and labor insertion is being carried out, since this initiative is aimed at unemployed and unemployed young people of social vulnerability. This training is part of the actions of the 'Project Labor 2.0: Youth Guarantee', which the Collective for Social Promotion 'El Candil' has carried out since December 2015 in the Bajo Guadalentín region, financed by the European Social Fund within the framework of the Operational Program for Youth Employment and for the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia.
