| This update allows users to carry out on-line processes in an easier, more agile and simple way with a single access point | The Mazarrón City Council, through the New Technologies area, has proceeded to group all the telematic procedures that citizens can carry out in a new electronic headquarters.
These were found in the 'Citizen's Folder' and in the on-line procedures area and, at times, their search was difficult for the user. Now, all the procedures have been grouped in a single area under a single banner entitled 'Electronic Office', which can be accessed through the municipal website.
In this way, the interested party can find the process to be carried out in a clearer, more agile and simple way as everything is gathered in a single access point. Thanks to this update, the introduction of new and better telematic services aimed at citizens is planned in the near future.
An aspect that arises from the right of citizens to interact and communicate by electronic means with Public Administrations, which also entails a notable reduction in the documentation they must provide. The councilor in charge of New Technologies, Miguel Ángel Peña, explained that the 'new virtual office' for citizen service "allows expediting procedures for citizens, since the main objective of the government team is that all procedures can be carried out municipalities requested by our neighbors in the shortest time and in the simplest way possible, hence we have brought together all the procedures in a single access ". In addition, Miguel Ángel Peña recalled that the virtual office for citizen service also allows the administrative processing of citizens to be brought closer together little by little from any device.
"And more at this time, where we are experiencing atypical situations every day due to the health crisis caused by Covid-19, and in which it is important to stay at home as long as possible, avoiding going to the administrations physically to reduce the number of infections and thus stop the epidemic ". These can be carried out by means of the electronic DNI (DNIe) or with the electronic signature certificates issued by the administrations.
In this sense, the actions have the same validity as the documents stamped at the physical headquarters of the municipal registry.
