Action carried out by the Local Police of Mazarrón, when the subject was on the promenade of the town without a mask, threatening and reprimanding passersby. On Sunday afternoon, at a place and time of significant influx of people, two local police patrols appeared on the Puerto de Mazarrón seafront, after being informed of the presence of an aggressive individual, who was in the area without a mask bothering and rebuking passersby. In the place, the author was identified, who maintained a defiant and uncooperative behavior with the agents in charge of public security, refusing to comply with various requirements of those to use the mask properly, among other issues. Given the refusal of the subject to comply with the instructions of the agents, they finally proceeded to the arrest of the person implicated, who was presented at the on-duty inspection waiting to go to court for an alleged crime of disobedience to the agents of authority in the exercise of their functions. Failure to comply with the regulations established by the health authorities for the control of the coronavirus pandemic, carries with it different administrative and even criminal sanctions for the risk that is generated to the population. The Local Police of Mazarrón has processed more than 700 administrative complaints since the beginning of the pandemic for different sanitary breaches, in addition to having made several arrests and judicial presentations to preserve public health.
