The municipality of Mazarrón available this summer for a dozen new kitchen staff have improved their training, which will benefit the work of well-catering establishments.
This course, funded by the Employment Service and Training and the Ministry of Education and Training, has become successful in a heterogeneous group among unemployed workers who were intending to recycle their job training.
In this course, totally free, the students also learned about the key techniques to improve food handling and to ensure safety at work.
Participants have refined their art in the kitchen in different areas such as Murcia cuisine, international, fusion and creativity.
The course has been developed with success by its owner Guillermo Restaurant and Chef Pedro Guillermo Martinez, had a duration of 450 hours.
