The Association of Employers of the Construction of Low Guadalentín (AEMC) held its Annual General Meeting in Mazarrón town, particularly in classrooms Costa.
This act, which has seen fit to chair the Mayor of Mazarrón, Francisco Blaya, who was accompanied by the Councillor for Infrastructure and Planning, José Antonio Román, brought together more than fifty people, including entrepreneurs who were mainly construction of the town.
Blaya has devoted few words to the construction sector which is considered one of the pillars of the economy Mazarron, hence the interest of the City Council for raising the E Plan for numerous small projects that could be achieved by the largest number of companies municipality.
The Mayor said that the municipality of Mazarrón has now adopted a more industrial area of 170,000 square meters undeveloped and ready to install the firms concerned.
In his speech, Blaya has also detailed the particulars of the General Urban Plan, which will create a stock of over 3 million square meters of land.
The mayor also announced that the initial approval of the General Plan will be released shortly and said Mazarrón account since 2003 with a future model of the General Plan to be a true reflection of it, for approval is to design the future of the municipality short, medium and long term.
