The town's school, built in 2009-2010 School sports programming, have celebrated the end of the year with a ceremony in which athletes have been awarded the highlights of the season.
The mayor of Mazarrón, Francisco Blaya, and the Councillor for Sports, Francisco Blaya, have wrapped this event so special and have handed the prizes to promising young local sports.
In this event, held at the Sports Pavilion the mill, also attended by the instructors of the school and their teachers, their families and friends.
This year, the School Sports Programme has had the participation of about two thousand children from all schools and education in the municipality, competing locally and regionally.
Basketball, volleyball, handball, football, multi sport and athletics are the sports that the students have competed Mazarron local and regional level.
