The Youth Council of the City of Mazarrón has called the IV Art Contest "Almazjoven" an initiative that we want to support and encourage young creators of the municipality.
The conditions of the contest are short story, poetry and photography have, all of them, Mazarrón as a thematic core.
Participants based their creations on the city, its history, its landscapes and everything related to the villa.
The prizes amount to 600 euros per category, divided into a first prize of 300 euros, 200 euros second and a third from 100 euros in the form of gift voucher to spend in establishments Mazarrón.
The deadline for submission of entries is Friday, April 8.

Preparation for obtaining B1
Another activity planned by the Youth Council for the coming months is an intensive course of preparation for obtaining title B1-PET English.
It will be held at the IES Domingo Valdivieso from 4 to 15 April.
