The Department of Tourism of the City of Mazarrón in collaboration with the Centre for Tourism Qualification Murcia offer four new courses catering 15 seats each, for workers in SMEs and self-employed in the hospitality sector.
The first one starts on April 11 and the last ends on May 25.
Will last between 12 and 16 hours, will be held at the headquarters of CIME (Constitution Avenue, 65) and are completely free.
This training activity was presented Friday by the Councillor for Tourism, Maria Angeles Roman, together with the technical manager, Pio Garrido.
The content and dates are as follows:
Room techniques and skills: initiation to knowledge and wine tasting.
(From 11 to 14 April)
Basic techniques of wine tasting
Correct handling utensils
Tasting red wines, white and pink
Room techniques and skills: customer Hospitality (from 25 to 27 April)
How to serve customers in the Hospitality ?,
What not to do in certain situations,
Improve our customer service improves our services
Techniques and skills room: introduction to bartending.
(From 10 to 12 May)
Brief history of mixology,
Identification of utensils,
Knowledge of drinks,
Preparation and tasting different cocktails.
Room techniques and skills: cutting techniques ham and service.
(From 23 to 25 May)
Manual Cutting Ham -Utensilios -Description and Party.
