Recently a group of architecture students from the Catholic University San Antonio has visited the mines of Mazarrón, namely the Coto de San Cristobal Los Perules, and the former ocher factory, adjacent to it.
The visit occurred within a framework of collaboration between the City of Mazarrón and that university facing the development of a proposal to provide thirty ideas on what would be a future visitor center that could recepcionar demand was interested in the knowledge of the mining heritage of Mazarrón.
This visit is a first contact for students to know the environment, contextualize their proposals and become familiar with those milestones in our history that we are closer.
In the near future it will be released to the public the work developed around this idea that seeks to articulate a project to revitalize the economy of Mazarrón.
