The Department of Tourism of the City of Mazarrón in collaboration with the Centre for Tourism Qualification Murcia offer for the month of May two new hospitality courses with 15 seats each, for workers in SMEs and freelancers in the sector.
The first one starts on May 10 and the last ends on May 25.
Will last between 12 and 16 hours, will be held at the headquarters of CIME (Constitution Avenue, 65) and are completely free.
Techniques and skills room: introduction to bartending.
(From 10 to 12 May)
Brief history of mixology,
Identification of utensils,
Knowledge of drinks,
Preparation and tasting different cocktails.
Room techniques and skills: cutting techniques ham and service.
(Del 23 al 25 May)
Manual Cutting Ham -Utensilios -Description and Party.

These two courses give continuity to those held during the month of April focused on Knowledge and Introduction to Wine Tasting (From 11 to 14 April) and Customer Service in Hospitality (from 25 to 27 April)
The aim of the training decentralization carried out by the Tourism Qualification Center is to bring these courses of excellence to the main tourist areas of the region, strengthen the professional fabric, improve the quality of their services and respond to increased employment in the sector .
