Pedro Antonio Lopez and Alfonsina Rivedieu proclaimed last Saturday absolute champions Triathlon III Mazarrón Bay.
The test began in Bolnuevo Beach with 750 meters provided for swimming.
After this first part, participants headed to the pits installed on the esplanade of Erosions Bolnuevo to start the cycling race that ran through the RM-D6 along the Sierra de las Moreras, to complete a journey of 20 kilometers goal in Bolnuevo .
Once there triathletes finished the test with a circuit race walk 5 kilometers along the Paseo de Bolnuevo.
In the men, the first to cross the finish line was Pedro Antonio de Haro, the Eagles Triathlon Club with a time of 59 minutes and 28 seconds.
The second place went to Luis Sandoval, the Triathlon Club Lorca, with 1 hour and 10 seconds.
And the third place was taken by Germán Rodríguez, Ego Club Run In, who scored one hour and 36 seconds.
The women's category was led by Alfonsina Rivedieu, who obtained a time of 1 hour 10 minutes and 52 seconds, followed by Eva Sanchez Triathlon Club Petrer, 1 hour 13 minutes 4 seconds.
The third place was for Herminia girls Abellan, Triathlon Club Eagles, who earned a time of 1 hour 13 minutes 33 seconds.
The awards ceremony was presided over by the Mayor of Mazarrón, Alicia Jimenez, who wanted to attend the test to give its support to Mazarrón Bay Club, organizer of this sporting event, along with the Department of Sports City of Mazarrón.
Shops in town and cycling clubs 9 and a half and Phoenicians are other collaborating entities that make possible this sporting event.
