Mazarrón returns to host this weekend of a new sporting event large number of participants.
Up to 400 children will compete in the Sports City in the Media League IV Tournament Grassroots Mazarrón.
24 teams will play junior level competition which will start at 9 am and will run until 20:00.
Have confirmed their presence in Mazarrón 21 teams in the Region of Murcia, two of the Madrid community and a team of the province of Granada.
The matches will be played in the two fields Football 11 available facilities.
The first is divided into two football 8 where prebenjamín matches, will be played youngest child and young fish, while the second field will be for the child and cadet meetings.
The tournament was presented by Bartholomew Escobar, secretary Grassroots Mazarrón and Patricio Sanchez, Councilman Sports City of Mazarrón.
For Sanchez it is an event that reinforces the activity developed by the club throughout the year and also generate visits and overnight stays in the municipality, with the consequent benefit that has for shops and catering establishment.
Five Mazarron Murcia summoned to selections
For his part, Bartholomew Escobar wanted to highlight the good harvested season by the Mazarrón Football Base, noting the rise of categories achieved in child and prebenjamín and, above all, the call of five children of Mazarrón to join Murcia selections of child and alevín.
