The neighborhood of La Ermita de Mazarrón has lived another year, its traditional festivities in honor of San Juan.
From 23 to 26 June, Mazarron have enjoyed four days of fun and conviviality with a variety of scheduled events.
The festivities began last Thursday with the traditional bonfire assembly by neighbors.
Then there was the presentation of the characters "Juan" and "Juana" and then the iluminaria expected with the previous performance of the duo "Gem".
On Friday June 24 the Children's Party with hot chocolate and the group's performance animation "Sonrilandia" that approached the smaller some of their favorite television characters was held.
Later there was a fun costume party and music festival.
On Saturday 25 June, a petanque championship, organized by the Club of Mazarrón Costa Calida disputed.
At night, at 22:00, he performed the Iguana Show orchestra.
On Sunday June 26 held a Day of Coexistence tasting paella.
Later Water Festival and 21:00, funny choreography prepared by neighborhood residents.
Parties ended 2016 with a performance of the duo "Gala" and the fireworks finale.
Festivities in Canadas del Romero
The hamlet of Canadas del Romero has also held these days its festivities in honor of San Juan Bautista.
On Thursday June 23 were inaugurated with a great hot chocolate.

On Friday June 24, Holy Mass in honor of the patron San Juan Bautista with wreath.
The festivities continued with a night Migas and evening entertainment by the "Albaicar" musical group.
On Saturday June 25 there was an appetizer with vermouth and then paella for all attendees.
At 22:00 hours, great evening entertainment by the Autogyro group.
And on Saturday 26 June, traditional market in the morning and Fair Day in Los Muleros.
After the playground in the afternoon, the celebrations ended with a fireworks party.
