The mayor of Mazarrón, Alicia Jimenez, visited Thursday the new Center for Child Care (CAI) of Puerto de Mazarrón which began a week ago.
Located next to the CEIP Bay at Sierra de las Moreras, the center enabled a maximum of 123 seats manages expand the supply of care for children from 0 to 3 years in the municipality and adds to the existing CAI in Mazarrón.
Alicia Jimenez praised both facilities and staff that attends and has been satisfied by its opening, as it provides an important citizenship of a municipality of 35,000 inhabitants service.
Carmen Garcia, head of the new CAI Puerto de Mazarrón, has indicated that despite having a set schedule (from 08:30 to 20:00 hours), the center plans to suit a time extension depending on the needs of parents required.
The Center for Child Care of Puerto de Mazarrón held this Saturday September 17 at 18:30 an information open house in order to explain its operation and service it provides.
Currently has nine classrooms: three children from 0 to 1, three for children from 1 to 2 and three for children 2 to 3 years, all served by one or more teachers depending on the ratios.
Facilities include themes, recreational, care and hygiene and rest of children classrooms.
