The director of the Institute of Development (INFO) of the Region of Murcia, Javier Celdrán, attended Monday accompanied by the Mayor of Mazarrón, Alicia Jimenez and Councillor for Employment, Maria Angeles Roman, the first of the conference dedicated to celebrate Day of the Entrepreneur in the region.
The event, held at the Playa Grande Hotel, has hosted various presentations focused on tourism innovation applying new technologies and virtual reality.
During his visit Javier Celdrán has excelled as a public Mazarrón "Entrepreneur Municipality", recognition and certifying the work done in recent ejerciciosgenerandopolíticas designed to support new initiatives emerging in the business world.
Both Celdrán as the Mayor of Mazarrón, Alicia Jimenez, have pointed out that the objective of these policies is job creation.
Mazarrón currently has an unemployment rate of 11%, "one of the lowest in the Region of Murcia" stated Javier Celdrán who has detailed services and itinerary offered by the Institute of Development for Mazarron entrepreneurs to put in start your business.
The future of Mazarrón is geared towards specific workshops that promote water sports.
Throughout the morning INFO Mobile Office has been installed on the Avenida del Castellar to inform the various services that launches the Institute of Development.
