The Department of Employment, Training and Local Development of the City of Mazarrón has presented Thursday the new training offered by the Center for Municipal Employment Initiatives (CIME) of Mazarrón for the last quarter of the year.

During the presentation, the mayor of Local Development, Maria Angeles Roman, highlighted the unemployment figures recorded in recent months in the municipality.

"These figures have declined significantly, with 1,819 job seekers in August, about 300 less than in the same month last year, offering Mazarrón one of the lowest rates of the Region of Murcia unemployment" He stated Maria Angeles Roman.

The mayor of Employment recalled the advantages offered by the different activities organized from the Department with the aim of generating employment.

Maria Angeles Roman has highlighted the increase in 290 users in the proposed Youth Guarantee, as well as the hiring of 8 young for employment workshop for conditioning the bus station in Puerto de Mazarrón and conducting extracurricular practices of 52 young people.

15 new courses in the CIME

Next to the technician Employment, Elisa López, Councillor for Local Development presented the new training offered by the Center for Municipal Employment Initiatives for the last quarter of the course consists of fifteen courses whose relationship is as follows: Basic Operations Restaurant and Bar (210 hours), Monitor and Leisure (250 hours), maid (20 hours), Waiter, an important agent Tourist (16 hours), keys Internet and social networks to attract customers to a restaurant (6 hours), Allergen Management (4 hours), Quality of Service and Customer Service: Professional Excellence, Food Handler (10 hours), Basic Computer, English, Commerce, Embark on Franchising, Course Fitosanitarios Unqualified (60 hours ), Occupational Risk Prevention Masonry (20 hours), Occupational Risk Prevention Lifting Appliances (20 hours) and Sitter public swimming pools (20 hours).
