Municipal Government Board has today approved the basis for selection of participants and award of Posts Municipal Market "Cresta del Gallo" in connection with the Food Fair "gAstrogAllo Mazarrón 2.1".
The City Council will have thirteen seats, eleven intended for food, one ice cream and another pastry.
There will also be two stands for invited companies from outside the municipality, which will not enter the selection process and award, although they will choose to contest in the "Award for Best Cover", so that will be nine stands intended for food hospitality companies in the municipality.
The application deadline is four working days from the publication of these rules, the first day on Monday October 10 and the last on Friday 14 October.
Entities interested in the installation and use of a post must request presented in the General Register of Documents of the City of Mazarrón the following documentation: photocopy of the CIF of the entity or DNI of the representative or applicant and documentation proving the IAE registration.
One day after the deadline for completion of delivery of documentation will be published the list of supported as well as the names of the components of jury selection.
Five working days after publication of the list of admitted and excluded, the gastronomic event jury will select among the candidates admitted, deciding by a scoring system, individuals or companies that are awarded, making the results public.
This selection will be made through the presentation of the caps proposed by each candidate presentation to be held at the premises of the Market "Cresta del Gallo" Mazarrón.
The opening of the selected positions will take place from 12:00 pm on December 3 and 19:00 hours on 11 December 2016.
Municipal Government Board has also approved the basis of competition "Junior gAstrogAllo 2.1" to be held in the tent city day fair on Sunday 4 December at 12:00 hours.
