Bahia Beach hosts on Saturday and Sunday (22 and 23 October) the sixth edition of Surfing Championship for Children's and junior categories called "Surfito" organized by the Bay Surf School in collaboration with the Department of Sports City of Mazarrón .
For this occasion we have registered over 30 surfitas that they will Mazarrón from different parts of the national territory.
They have confirmed their attendance participants from Cantabria, Catalonia, Valencia and Andalusia.
The championship was presented Tuesday at Bahia Beach by the Councillor for Sports, Patricio Sanchez, and the president of the Bay Surf School, José María Cascales.
This year, as new, the test will score first national circuit for the Under 18 category.
The competition, which is at the mercy of the sea conditions, consists of four rounds participants who are evaluated for the best wave.
Patricio Sanchez, Councilman Sports City of Mazarrón, highlighted the important work of the Bay Surf School throughout the year, stimulated interest of young people for the practice of nautical sports specialties.
For his part, José María Cascales recalled that the municipality is already a national leader in the surf and has stressed the important support received for this occasion, by sponsors of Spanish brands related to sports.
