Antonio Montesinos El Rincon de Pepe, Arturo Clavero Taberna Kome and Andrew Marble Pastry La Gloria will be in charge of qualifying caps establishments shortlisted for the second edition of an event to be held between 3 and 11 December

Thursday October 20, from 9:00 am to take place in the "Cresta del Gallo" Mazarrón presentation covers local shortlisted for "gAstrogAllo 2.1" building.

On Monday the Department of Celebration was released the list of establishments preadmitidos.

There are 11 locals who will opt to 9 positions in the gastronomic event taking place in Mazarrón between 3 and 11 December 2016.

Local preselected must submit three tapas before a professional jury will be composed by Antonio Montesinos, manager of El Rincón de Pepe Murcia, Arturo Clavero of Kome Taberna de Murcia and Andrew Marble Patisserie La Gloria of El Palmar.

The presentation will take place at the sixth semiplanta.

The organization offers shortlisted cafeteria (located on the third semiplanta) to finish the preparation of covers to present.

The presentation time for the three covers is 15 minutes.

Shortlists and schedules

From 9:00 to 10:00: Fizz Gastrobar, Américo Mediterranean, Hotel Playa Grande and New Bodeguita

From 10:00 to 11:00: Tapas Imbalance of Salt, and The Foundry

From 11:00 to 12:00: Cetre, semicolons, and Gold Snowflake

For the selection and award candidates an assessment of the three covers proposals on the presentation to the jury (which coincide with those served at the event) accompanying them in a memory indicating the ingredients used, place the weight and see an image where the presentation and emplatado.

For "gAstrogAllo 2.1" the City will have thirteen seats, eleven intended for food, one ice cream and another pastry.

There will also be two stands for invited companies from outside the municipality, which will not enter the selection process and award, although they will choose to contest in the "Award for Best Cover", so that will be nine stands intended for food hospitality companies in the municipality.
