The Mazarrón City Council wishes to extend to the businesses and entrepreneurs of the municipality the awareness campaign developed by the Regional Advisory Council against Gender Violence, in the face of events commemorating the international day to be held on 25 November.
The mayor of Mazarrón, Alicia Jiménez, attended the meeting of the advisory council, held in the Federation of Municipalities of Murcia, in which the regulatory bases of the "25 N International Day Distinctions for the Elimination of Violence against women ".
Shops that wish to adhere should wear a violet ribbon on their premises as a symbol of protest.
Those businesses that participate in the awareness campaign will receive an accrediting diploma that will deliver the consistory.
