The chef Michelin Two Stars and National Award of Gastronomy opens the calendar of activities of an event that will extend until next December 11
Javier de Andrés, Valencian chef 2 Stars Michelin from the restaurants "La Sucursal" and "Vertical" opened this Saturday the second edition of gAstrogAllo, a gastronomic event with fifteen restaurants that will offer their best tapas until December 11th.
A complete agenda of tastings and tastings completes the event's schedule.
De Andrés has dedicated his inaugural lesson to Mediterranean cuisine marinated with beer.

Fifteen establishments and a wide agenda of activities
Until December 11, a total of 11 establishments (nine local and two guests) will offer three daily tapas that will show the best of their culinary creativity.
The establishments will be open, every day, from 12:00 until 17:00 hours.
The list of local establishments is made up of: La Sal, Nueva Bodeguita, Fizz, El Cetre, Américo Mediterráneo, DTapas, Escadre, Gold Cup and Foundry.
While the guest facilities will be El Rincón de Alhama and Madre de Dios de Murcia.
In addition, La Canela and Calle Delicias will offer the sweetest snack to satisfy the most delightful visitors.
The best cap will be awarded at the end of the event that this year is sponsored by Heineken.
But as proved in the first edition, gAstrogAllo is much more and this year will again offer a varied agenda of succulent proposals that will repeat again and again to those who visit the Cresta del Gallo building in Mazarrón.
Eldomingo December 4 (12:00 hours), the tent of the Day Fair located in the Avenue of the Constitution next to the Cresta del Gallo building will be the place that hosts the second edition of the contest for children.
Ellunes December 5 (2:00 p.m.) will be the turn for the Asian cuisine demonstration of Samuel Ruiz of the Taberna Kome of Murcia.
And then (16:00 hours), Cata de Cervezas Artesanas de Murcia.
On Tuesday, December 6th, Atlantic will celebrate Tomorrow's Day with the participation of El Rincón de Pepebajo, the title of "El gallo hoy tomate tomate".
The locals present at the event will also present an added tapa of tomato.
At 12:00 noon, the award-winning Andrés Mármol pastry chef La Gloria de El Palmar will repeat at gAstrogAllo with a fun children's workshop entitled "We play with Andrés y su chocolate".

María Cruz García, also the protagonist in the presentation, has praised the quality of the products that the Bay of Mazarrón brings to put on the table the best dishes of Mediterranean cuisine.
