"Tartar de sardina con tomate de nuestra pueblo" from Nueva Bodeguita is the tapa chosen by Mari Cruz García, of the Virgen del Mar Restaurant, as the best of the second edition of gAstrogAllo.
The mazarronera cook offered a master class focused on traditional cuisine on the penultimate day of this gastronomic event that has hosted the Cresta del Gallo building from 2 and until Sunday 11 December.
The mayor, Alicia Jiménez, attended the intervention of Mari Cruz Garcia, along with Councilman Festejos, Patricio Sánchez and the director of gAstrogAllo, Pepi Diaz.
In its second edition, gAstrogAllo has met the expectations created after the success of the first year, with a constant public influx during the ten days of the event.
Likewise, the programmed activities, such as gArogrogal junior and the workshop "Let's play with chocolate" by Andrés Mármol, have again enjoyed a remarkable following.
A two-star Michelín as Javier de Andrés inaugurated gAstrogAllo 2.1.
Samuel Ruiz de la Taberna Kome de Murcia, Bodegas Viña Elena and La Lechera de Bordeaux, among other collaborating companies have completed with different offers the market programming that has once again become an attraction for mazarroneros and hundreds of visitors during the patron saint festivities.
With the sponsorship of Heineken, 11 establishments (nine local and two guests) have offered three daily tapas that have shown the best of their cuisine: La Sal, Nueva Bodeguita, Fizz, El Cetre, Américo Mediterráneo, DTapas, And the Foundry.
While the guest facilities will be El Rincón de Alhama and Madre de Dios de Murcia.
In addition, La Canela and Calle Delicias were the sweetest snack to satisfy the most delightful visitors.
