The Faculty of Economics and Business of the Campus of Espinardo of the University of Murcia has hosted this week the VIII Regional Congress of Junior Researchers CMN-CARM.
Five students from Secondary School of the IES Domingo Valdivieso were awarded prizes for different research projects.
One of the award winners, Andrea Robles, has developed a mobile application for tourism promotion aimed at tourists visiting the municipality of Mazarrón.
This application was presented in the educational center at the end of March in a conference on sustainable tourism that had the support of the Department of Tourism of the City of Mazarrón.
The other winners are Clara Pérez and Ana María Sánchez for the work titled "Effect of salinity in plants of the genus prunus: function of antioxidants" and Maria Martinez and Lidia Navarro for "Women and school reading books in the first Half of century XX ".
Both research papers received the first prize.
