Mazarrón adds to the wide agenda of events that takes place in Spain on the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the death of Miguel Hernández.

The Reading Club of the Library of Puerto de Mazarrón will hold next Friday at 18:00 a recital dedicated to the rich legacy of the poet of Orihuela.

Likewise, on Monday May 15 will be the majors of the Social Center dependent on the IMAS of Puerto de Mazarrón who pay a new tribute to Miguel Hernández.

The Culture Commission of the Congress of Deputies unanimously approved, on December 21, 2016, to declare the year 2017 "Year Miguel Hernández".

Last March 28 was 75 years since the death of the poet in the jail of Alicante.
