The VII Bahía de Mazarrón Regatta this weekend brought together about thirty boats from the Region of Murcia and the provinces of Alicante and Almeria.
Fans and lovers of water sports enjoyed two days of competition combined with leisure activities designed for all audiences.
The development of the test counted on Sunday with the visit of the counselor of Tourism, Javier Celdrán.
The trophy was chaired by the mayor of Mazarrón, Alicia Jiménez and was attended by Sports Councilor, Patricio Sánchez and the president of the Mazarrón Regattas Club, José Hernández.
Finally and after the dispute of the tests of Saturday and Sunday, the boat "Maverta" of the Real Nautical Club of Torrevieja was elevated with the triumph in the general classification.
The second place was for the yacht "Pulpo Negro", also of the Real Club Nautico de Torrevieja, while the third place was occupied by the boat "Dieselrec" of the Real Club de Regatas de Cartagena The "Argo Navis" was the yacht of the Club Of Regatas of Mazarrón better classified, that finally occupied the fifth place.
The VII Bay of Mazarrón Regatta, scoring for the regional championship, is organized by the Regattas Club and the Mazarrón City Council.
