The "La Caixa" Obra Social and the Municipal Center for Elderly People organize a free workshop called "Awakening with a Smile" for elderly people in the municipality of Mazarrón. The workshop will be held on 23, 25 and 30 May, from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., in the auditorium of the Center.

Those who wish to participate, must formalize the registration in the concierge of the Center of Old People of Mazarrón or calling the phone 968592631.

The activity is framed within the active aging program of the "La Caixa" Obra Social and contributes to improving the daily life of the elderly, with special attention to the most vulnerable, always based on values ​​such as the dignity of the person, Humanity and solidarity.

The "Awakening with a Smile" workshop is a tailor-made workshop for older people that aims to help discover the well-being and quality of life that provides a good rest. It includes activities that will help you to know which are the proper habits to sleep well .
