"

The socialist deputy called attention to the denial of the municipal architect about the statements of the secretary of the City, who said that the guarantees had been executed to the Company 'Justo and Manoli' for 1.2 million euros, and the architect Municipal says it was not so.

"The truth is that this issue has been prescribed, the Company is in competition of creditors and has lost that amount of money," he said.

In relation to urbanization works, the socialist deputy stressed that the municipal architect has considered "reckless" to quantify its amount, because a definitive evaluation has not yet been made and works are still lacking.

"He tells us that the solution comes from the pronouncement of the Hydrographic Confederation of Segura (CHS), which must approve a solution for the Rambla de Los Andares, and from there, all urban planning should be reformulated and quantify urbanization works And the payment of compensation to hundreds of residents affected by this situation.

Martinez Baños added that it is surprising that the channeling of a rambla of a kilometer and a half in length and the construction of 500 houses was done without anyone noticing.

"The municipal architect has slipped part of the responsibility to the CHS, for two reasons: first, because it ensures that this body when it was approved in 2000 the Partial Plan of El Saladillo did not report and did not warn of the existence of the promenade, and second , Because when the CHS learned that it was being built on the promenade did not take any action.

Martínez Baños again requested the appearance of the Minister of the Environment or a representative of the CHS to explain all these aspects.

Finally, the socialist deputy reproached the municipal architect for not being more explicit and did not realize that they were committing illegalities, when in 2004, the report of the technical architect affirmed that the rambla had been channeled and the 500 houses had been constructed, through A modification of the Partial Plan proposed by the former mayor Francisco Blaya.
