A total of 610 students were trained in the 15 specialties taught in the Municipal Sports Schools.
The closing ceremony of the course 2016/2017 was held last Friday in the Pavilion Municipal de la Aceña with the presence of the mayor of Mazarrón, Alicia Jimenez and Sports Councilor, Patricio Sánchez, who congratulated the schoolchildren for the effort and The dedication shown throughout the course.

The offer of the Municipal Sports Schools includes the following sports: athletics, basketball, soccer, football, sailing-kayak-p.surf-, aerobics, skating, taekwondo, tennis, paddle tennis, table tennis, bmx cycling, Surf-p.surf-kayak and beach soccer.
The enrollment was, as in other years, with special discounts of 20% for large families and people with disabilities.
