The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports has published this Friday the school calendar for schools for the academic year 2017-2018.
In Mazarrón, preschool and elementary schools will start the activity on Friday, September 8 and end classes on Monday, June 25.
The Secondary, Baccalaureate and Adult Education centers will open their doors for students on Thursday, September 14 and conclude the activity on Thursday, June 21.
Vocational Training will start the course on September 21 and end on June 21.
Holidays, Holidays and Non-School Days
The Christmas holidays will be between December 24th and January 6th.
This period is added as a non-school day on 7 January.
Also, Easter holidays will run from March 26 to March 30, with non-school days added on April 2 and 3.
The festivities of the patron will be on November 27 for the Second Cycle of Infants and Primary and January 29 for ESO, Baccalaureate, Vocational Training and Adult.
Also, local holidays that affect the school calendar will be on November 17 and June 13.
Other non-school days will be on October 13, December 7 and April 30
