A total of 30 students from Puerto de Mazarrón and Cañada de Gallego have enjoyed throughout the course of the experiences provided by the Program for Conciliation of Extracurricular Activities managed by Habitat Cultural, which with an amount of 8,572 euros has subsidized the City Council And the Council of Family and Equal Opportunities, from the European Social Fund.
Another similar program was held in Mazarrón in CIME classrooms.
The activity, designed to reconcile work and family life, has been aimed at children aged 4 to 12 years and has been loaned in the Library of Puerto de Mazarrón and the Social Center of Cañada de Gallego.
The Councilor for Social Policy, Laura Ortiz, was last Friday at the end-of-course party of children who have participated in the Puerto de Mazarrón program.
Ortiz congratulated Emilia Baños and María del Pilar Sierra, responsible for the activity, for the work she has done over the last few months.
The councilor checked the results of some of the work done by the students.
