After the success of the public of the Gala Flamenca last Saturday, returns to the Paseo de la Sal another of the events that more popular acceptance had the previous summer.
The second edition of the Theater Festival "Rafael García Castillo" program from 10 to 14 July (22:30 hours) the staging of five plays.
The show is open air and free.
In 2016 the approximate presence of more than 2,200 people was counted.
The calendar of performances begins this Monday with "My group therapy" of the Theater Workshop of the Popular University.
Tuesday 11 July will be the turn for "Nosferatu in love" with Pablo Gomis and Les Bouffons.
On Wednesday, July 12 will be staged "3,000 km" Teatro de la Entrega and on Thursday, July 13, "Colón" amateur group UGTeatro.
Finally, on Friday, July 14, the festival moves the beach of Bahia Chica to enjoy this place as a natural setting.
There, the Itinerante Group Deletreartes of the University of Murcia will interpret a dramatized reading of Ovid's work "Heroidas".
This festival, organized by the Popular University of Mazarrón in collaboration with the City Council, is named after Rafael Garcia Castillo in homage to a mazarronero, a doctor by profession, who has altruistically promoted theater in the municipality for more than two decades.
