As happened with the final work of the "Rafael García Castillo" Theater Festival, the City Council of Mazarrón took advantage, last Friday, of its natural surroundings as a stage for one of its events.
For the third consecutive year, the Department of Libraries organized the poetry recital "Mares de Papel" in the viewpoint "Agustín López Cano" of Bahia, next to the Club de Regatas.
The councilman, Patricio Sánchez, stressed the good acceptance of an event that meets the objective of using characteristic places of Mazarron as a fund, especially in the months of July and August.
Seven local authors (Carmen Gómez, Nuria Campos, Germán Cervinos, Enrique Tárraga, Sabina García, Juana María Calle and Jerónimo García) participated in an activity that has already become one of the summer cultural events in Mazarrón.
All participants were recognized for their work in the "Declare" contest organized by the Mazarrón City Council in February.
