Eight local shops participate in a new edition of the Summer Outlet Fair organized by the Association of Merchants of Mazarrón and Comarca (ACOMA) in collaboration with the Department of Commerce of the City of Mazarrón.
The mayor, Alicia Jiménez, has opened this Friday an event that hosts the renewed Plaza Toneleros of Puerto de Mazarrón until next Sunday, August 6 from 19:00 to 24:00 h.
Accompanied by the Councilor for Trade, Marisol Vivancos, and ACOMA president, Francisca Madrid, the mayor has highlighted the work carried out by local commerce throughout the year to offer the citizen the best product and at an affordable price, Avoiding displacements to other localities.
In that sense he has outlined the importance of the role that ACOMA plays with the different promotional campaigns it carries out.
Marisol Vivancos, mayor of Commerce, has encouraged those who visit these days Puerto de Mazarrón to pass through this fair and know the offer that they carry out this weekend the local shops that participate in it.
For her part, the president of ACOMA, Francisca Madrid, thanked the support of the consistory to carry out this initiative of support to the merchants of Mazarrón.
The Summer Outlet usually reinforces the sales of the merchants in a period of great influx of visitors .. In previous occasions sales of 30,000 euros were reached.
On this occasion, the distribution of the stalls has changed, taking advantage of the spaces offered by the renovated Plaza Toneleros de Puerto de Mazarrón.
