Artist Nono García will exhibit his work "La Espera" in Casas Consistoriales until September 30th.
The exhibition was inaugurated last Friday with the presence of the mayor of Mazarrón, Alicia Jiménez and the Minister of Education, Adela Martinez Cachá, who attended the event as a guest.
The writer Soren Peñalver and the Councilor for Culture of the Municipality of Mazarrón, Pedro Martínez, were also present in the Hall of Casas Consistoriales.
Curated by Juan Sandoval, in "La Espera" highlights the lighting with which the author endows his compositions.
The exhibition can be visited from Monday to Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and afternoons from Wednesday to Friday from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
On August 15, the room will remain closed.
The painter born in Mula, Nono García, studied at the School of Plastic Arts in Murcia and among his most recent awards is the Montblanc Prize and his selection at the II International Biennial of Acuarela Fabriano which takes place in Italy.
He has made the poster of Murcia Three Cultures in 2015 and the one of the Fair of Murcia in 2011.
