Last Friday the Municipal Center of Elderly People of Mazarrón celebrated its IX anniversary with the traditional act of welcome of season.
In compliance with the tradition, during the same period, the appointment of "Mayor of the Year" took place, a recognition that this time in Natividad Meseguer, founder of the Hotel Playa Grande de Mazarrón.
The founder of the Restaurant La Meseguera received the distinction of hands of the mayor of Mazarrón, Alicia Jiménez and the Councilor for Social Policy, Laura Ortiz.
This appointment recognizes an entire life dedicated to work and entrepreneurship in the municipality.
The IX anniversary of the Day Center had the performances of the Coral "La Purisima".
After the act of recognition of "Senior of the Year" a snack of coexistence and musical celebration took place, in charge of the Association of Elderly People.
