A jury of experts from the hotel and restaurant industry has certified on Tuesday the name of the establishments selected to participate in gAstrogAllo 2.2.
There are eleven tapas and two pastry stands that will offer their best culinary creations in the third edition of this event, which will take place in the Cresta del Gallo building in Mazarrón between December 6 and 10.
This jury was made up of Arturo Clavero, head chef at the Kome Restaurant in Murcia, Cristiano Benicio Gonzálves, head of departure for the Hotel Alegría Dos Playas, and Belén Jiménez, responsible for events at the Hotel Executive Sport Murcia.
The selection was carried out in the facilities of the Cresta del Gallo building in Mazarrón.
