Last Saturday, November 11, the local chess phase of the school sports program for this academic year 2017/2018 was played, where 50 boys and girls from different schools throughout the municipality participated.
In the category alevín, Jorge Navarro was proclaimed champion against Alejandro Fernández, who got the money.
The podium was completed by Mohamed Kaddouri, who beat Antonio Caballero in the 3rd and 4th place.
In the consolation table of this category, Alex Tudela finished first, followed by Fernando Raja, Djibril Guisse and José Belda.
In the Open category, Seva Minaev got the Gold against Gabriel Gutiérrez.
Jorge Sáez was third and Pedro Galera was fourth.
In the consolation table, Nadir Abed defeated Marco Pizzo in the final, while Adrián García defeated Dani Segura in the third and fourth place.
