Estefanía Graciela Granada Robles is the new Queen of the Patron Saint Festivities of Mazarrón.
The candidate who represented "Privé" picked up this Saturday the scepter and crown conquered last year by Laura Lopez Machado.
The election took place in the tent of the Los Rincones fairground during a gala presented by Antonio Jara and enlivened by the performances of the Antonio Jara Dance School and the Providencia duo.
Eight candidates to the queen presented themselves to a gala in which they posed with different styles of dress and in which they had to address a few words to the audience that filled the tent of the Fairground.
Eva María López Blanco, María José Oliver Moreno, Nora Hernández Lax, Andrea Nieto Sánchez, Mercedes Urrea Campillo, Cintia Fernández Cifuentes and Anais Bertile Marín represented Jade, De Vicio, Golden Copo, Capital Night, Borondo, MV and Imagine.
Finally the jury chose to designate Estefanía Graciela Granada as Queen of the Fiestas, who was excited after knowing the appointment, while she was embraced by the rest of the candidates.
The new queen of the festivities posed happily with the mayor of Mazarrón, Alicia Jiménez, to later leave the stage seized by the arm of the councilman of Celebrations, Patricio Sánchez.
The new queen and her bridesmaids await a week full of events that will culminate next Sunday with the traditional parade of floats.
